Meet the Lamm family. These nature lovers have a creative way to tell their loved ones they’re expecting. Hooray! The snow will be melted by the time you get here, baby Lamm, but I’m sure you’ll still put those Carhartts to good use.
Take a look at coveralls for the whole family: for mom, for dad, and the little ones.

Visiting the quaint Maine community located on Gotts Island is like stepping back in time. There are no cars and the only way on and off the island is by ferry service. The Weinberg family is one of the last families to live there year round. They grow their own food, raise their own animals, and even use wood to heat their cabin in the winter.
The mother and daughter team of Claire and Carly Weinberg, source natural products from the earth and ocean to make various skin care products for their family run company, Dulse and Rugosa. From homegrown roses to local seaweeds, Claire and Carly hope to bring a bit of Gotts Island’s goodness to others. Their skincare products would make great Christmas gifts. Check out what they have to offer.
“I have loved Carhartt clothing for years and really do believe that it is the only outwear worth wearing in Maine. I love the fact that I can move in it without loosing warmth, which has been super important especially during a Maine winter. I want to thank you for providing clothing that I know I can count on. Clothing I know won’t fall apart. Clothing that I feel strong in. Clothing that I put on everyday and which still makes me smile, even though I have had it for years.” -Carly Weinberg

WOMC Detroit radio personality, Holly Hutton, gets up early. That’s to be expected when you work the morning show. But when you have 6 horses, 5 chickens, 3 cats, a poodle, and a giant rabbit, a 3am wake up call is unavoidable. Holly leaves a trail of hay and sawdust behind her at the office, the sign a true animal lover.
Holly is wearing the Carhartt Women’s Zeeland Sandstone Bib.

It’s not the size of the helper that matters, it’s the size of their heart. Meet Dallis. She just turned one and loves to pitch in on her family’s farm in Hawaii. Dallis is wearing a handmade headband, crafted with love by her mom, Haley who writes Ripped Jeans & Glitter.

This week Crafted in Carhartt is giving a shout out to the inspiring Krista Burleson. She’s a welder and a construction worker. Talk about girl power! Krista has some words of wisdom to share with any women with aspirations similar to her own:
“All the things I’ve ever been interested in, nobody around me understood (hunting, welding, climbing, MMA), and they never have to since that is who I am. I’ve managed to accomplish all I’ve set my mind to (all of which in male dominated fields) by working harder than everyone else around me and earning the respect of everyone around me. I’ve managed to keep my femininity and morals while having respect from fellow co workers and team mates. Carhartt has always been there to help my performance excel in every aspect of my life. For that I thank you Carhartt!”
