Summer days and killer heat call for a cure. Try out this simple recipe for fresh fruit popsicles.

What you need: grapes, a mango, pineapple, blackberries, a peach, a kiwi, white grape juice (no sugar added if you’re looking to make your pops even healthier), shot glasses, and mini forks (you can also use mini spoons or popsicle sticks cut in half)

After you slice up the fruit, pour white grape juice into each shot glass until half full. Then stuff the shot glasses with fruit so that it reaches the brim of the glass. Stick a mini fork in the middle of each pop and freeze for at least 4 hours. Plate and enjoy! What’s great about these popsicles is that they come in ready to serve shot glasses. That means no mess! and it’s easy to clean up afterwards.

Another great way to keep your cool this summer is with Carhartt Women’s Annapolis Shirt and Clarkston Cami. Layering with lightweight fabrics is ideal for hot days. Check out my summer outfit here: Annapolis Shirt, Clarkston Cami Tank, & Marquette Flip Flops
